We ask for as little as possible, keep it only as long as needed, and never sell it. Here is exactly what happens with the few things you share.
What we collect
If you write to us, we receive your name, email address, and message. If you join our letter, we receive your email address and your consent to receive it. That is the whole list — we run no accounts, no tracking profiles, and no advertising.
How we use it
Your note is read and answered, nothing more. Your email address receives the monthly letter and nothing else — no renting, no sharing, no surprises. Every letter includes a way to leave, and leaving takes effect immediately.
How long we keep it
Letters are kept for one year so we can follow up properly, then deleted. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, then removed. If you ever want your note deleted sooner, write to hello@lumenrootsanctuary.org and it will be done.
